Your Role
Are you a proactive and driven Rental Coordinator? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? As a Rental Coordinator at Total Equipment, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our clients receive the best products and support.
What You’ll Do
· Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
· Handling communications with clients and prospects by phone, email, and in-person.
· Processing transactions and updating ledgers.
· Preparing rental and sale quote.
· Communicate with all management with clients in Point of Rental.
· Assisting with dispatching parts.
· Maintain a working knowledge competitor’s practices and rental rates;
· Foster customer relations to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction;
· Answer telephones and process rental requests;
· Complete rental invoicing;
· Assist in the preparation of rental reports as assigned
· Prospecting and acquiring new clients utilizing online channels, referrals from existing clients, or engaging with walk-in customers in-store to generate new business leads.
· Follow-up on outstanding rental quotes by monitoring rental quotations that have not been converted into bookings.
· Daily outreach to inactive clients by making contact with them with the purpose of reactivating them for immediate rentals or future projects.
· Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
· Conversational English
· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
· Previous experience in rental coordination, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with equipment operation.
· Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and data entry.
· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
